I have always loved ordering from EF and have gotten some things from them in the past, I now save up money just to buy from them! I really love the message these super cute clothes have and the reminders that the jewelry gives. I cannot recommend them enough! And what makes me want to always return and shop here again is the amazing customer service. I have never felt so taken care of and it’s so refreshing having such a nice response if there’s an issue. They are always on top of it and respond within the same day sometimes the same hour! Just awesome service and great products!!

Absolutely loved the service. I loved the packaging and the note. My package took some time to arrive, about four months to be exact. As i live on another continent i assumed the pandemic had caused my parcel to disappear. When i reached out, the customer service was exquisite. Jonathan ensured i received my parcel in half the time and followed up. It was definitely worth the wait.

Such a horrible experience in which a package was never received. It was for a friends birthday, first timer over here! customer service basically went “ so sorry to hear, call your local post office” in which I can’t get any assistance from anyone. Really wanted to love this brand but a missing package and unhelpful customer care does not make me want to ever recommend to anyone or repurchase.
